Since 1992 the sole focus has been on industrial transactions in Central Florida. Lee Morris, SIOR, CCIM, LEED AP
Lee Morris has 23 years of commercial brokerage experience, most recently as a top industrial broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando and before that as an investment broker with CB Commercial in South Florida. He is a proven dealmaker and a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills. Lee has completed over one billion dollars worth of sales and leases on over ten million square feet of properties, which have been split fairly evenly between sales and leases. His sales have included office, retail, and industrial properties while the majority of his leasing has been industrial properties in Central Florida. In addition to the 23 years of brokerage experience, Lee also has run his own investment/construction companies for 13 years. Lee is a certified LEED Accredited Professional, SIOR and CCIM.
Lee Morris has assisted owners, tenants, and developers with all aspects of property ownership, including sales, leasing, site selection, development, sale/leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, and build-to-suits. His strong organizational skills and attention to detail coupled with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills allow him to work well in a team environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Also as the result of having been a licensed contractor, he has the ability to recognize the issues that may impact the development of a site or the usability of the finished project before they become an issue.
Having earned the professional designations of CCIM and SIOR and been a licensed contractor and mortgage broker, Lee has very strong analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge of construction and real estate. Throughout his career he has excelled at identifying opportunities, negotiating real estate documents, and bringing parties together. This technical knowledge coupled with 32 years of experience and a diverse business and real estate background provides the expertise to excel.
Jared Bonshire joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in September of 2006 as a brokerage associate. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was Estimator/Business Development Manager for Girard Environmental Services, Inc., where he was responsible for placing all bids on potential landscape construction work, with an established track record of relationship building for the firm. Prior to this association, Jared was the owner/operator for Nation Media, which produced a television show for the Fox Sports Network. Further, he was involved in the acquisition of all clientele for advertising within the magazines and television shows Nation Media created.
In his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Jared has won numerous awards for his production, as well as his good nature and willingness to help and assist others. Recently, Jared was named the Most Valuable Player award for the Orlando branch of Cushman & Wakefield, only the second broker to win such an honor in the 28 year history of the branch. Known for his uplifting disposition and hard work ethic, he is often recognized as a go to broker in the Cushman & Wakefield brokerage community.
Jared has also excelled with his negotiating and people reading abilities, and was given the nickname "The Doctor" from fellow brokers in the community. Most importantly, he prides himself in the ability to understand his clients needs, and works to meet them both effectively and timely.
Jared Bonshire holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky.
David Perez is the newest member of the Industrial Property Consulting Team. David joins IPC Orlando after working approximately two years with the McNulty Group, focusing on Industrial Real Estate sales and leasing. David brings an aggressive business development background to the team, and no doubt will prove to be an asset both in the acquisition in new business, but also in the execution of existing work flow. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, David is local to the area and brings with him a vast knowledge of local market economic drivers as well as corporations in the market for location or relocation.
