Lee Morris & Jared Bonshire have added a new team member to their Industrial brokerage team in David Perez. David joins Cushman & Wakefield after having spent time developing his brokerage skills at McNulty Group, where he was identified as one of the strongest and most aggressive business development brokers in the Central Florida area.

Currently, the IPC Team controls over 3.5 million square feet of Industrial lease and sale property, with plans to significantly increase this square footage over the next few months with it's increased team capacity.
